About Colin Evans

Look up the term “people person” in the dictionary and you’ll find a picture of Colin Evans (right there beside Carole!). 

As the newest licensed agent to join the team, Colin not only brings an affable manner but also extensive market research training courtesy of the Business Marketing program at Algonquin College. 

In addition to his marketing background, Colin also brings five years of superior customer service to the table.  While completing his studies, Colin worked at Canadian Tire where he not only discovered his niche in customer service but also became proficient in multi-tasking.

Over the years he also became an expert on the retail giant’s extensive line of home improvement products. His sound knowledge of everything from electrical and plumbing merchandise to landscaping and home décor items has been invaluable for clients preparing to put their homes on the market.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Colin knows the city and its surrounding areas inside and out.  As an avid soccer player, golfer and skier, he is the “go to” resource for finding local sports associations and has helped families relocating to Ottawa find the right club for athletes of all ages.

Colin knows the demands of the real estate industry and has seen what it takes to succeed. He has watched Carole build a thriving business through long hours, hard work, constant communication and putting clients’ needs first. His addition to the team adds another level of client support and communication that heightens our team’s ability to provide clients with the five-star treatment they deserve. You could say Colin is the chocolate on the pillow!
