About Janet M. Leppard

As the team’s Sales Coordinator, Janet brings order to our bustling office and is the link between team and client. She oversees the flow of information between all parties – verbal, virtual, and in the form of legal documents – and she assists Carole on both the listing and sales end from listing presentations to offer negotiations and everything in between and afterwards.

As a licensed real estate agent with four years experience, Janet is accustomed to meeting the diversity of clients’ needs. She has worked with first time buyers and “been-there-done-that” sellers and has knowledge across the full housing spectrum from starter homes to high-end properties.

Janet’s business expertise in client service delivery served her well in working with Canadian and European organizations. Upon her return from Europe (“a magical experience!”), Janet decided to fulfill her long-standing love affair with Real Estate and become a sales representative.

Janet is known for her integrity and enthusiasm as well as her ability to establish strong working relationships. All of this is grounded in a determined and thoughtful personality with a delightful sense of humour. Janet’s business expertise and professionalism are invaluable to the team and our valued clients.

Her passions outside of the business? Bridge (she doesn't cheat tooooo much!); reading (everything from junk summer fiction when she needs to escape to Harry Potter to biographies); cooking (pasta is her best dish!); travel (with her hubby Brian) AND Hamish…her newest addition to the family, a West Highland Terrier.
