One v.s. Three (Team Approach)

When I first came into real estate I worked alone, without a team, handling all of the paperwork entailed in putting a deal together and closing a deal; all of the marketing materials; photography and writing; showed buyers houses and searched for houses for them; and all of the everyday activities involved in running a business.

I very quickly found myself in the position where I had too many things going on at one time. In order to do a good job in helping buyers, helping sellers and run a business, my average day became about 15-18 hours, seven days a week. I knew that my business was going to keep rapidly increasing and that I had better act quickly and put together a business team to handle the growth. In a business where referral and word of mouth is THE most important thing.........I could not afford to have one unhappy client.

The end of the story is a happy one, for both myself AND more importantly for my clients. We have a full compliment of excellent team members, committed to the same cause and working from the same base. It is wonderful to know that no matter what day of the year or time of day, no matter if flu or vacations have hit....there is always someone there for our clients or to respond to an agent or customer wanting to buy a property.
