One v.s. Four (Team Approach) When I first came into real estate I worked alone. I was handling all of the paperwork necessary for putting a deal together, all of the paperwork necessary for closing a deal, managing all of the marketing materials, doing all of the photography and writing, researching houses for buyers and taking them to showings...plus all of the everyday activities involved in running a business. I quickly found I had too many things going on at once. To do a good job helping buyers and sellers and run a business my average day stretched to about 18 hours, seven days a week. I knew my business was rapidly increasing and that I had better act quickly and put together a business team to handle the growth. In a business where referral and word of mouth is THE most important thing.........I could not afford to have one unhappy client. The end of the story is a happy one - for both myself AND more importantly for my clients. We have a full complement of skilled team members, committed to the same cause and working from the same base. It is wonderful to know that no matter what day of the year or time of day, no matter if flu or vacations have hit....there is always someone there for our clients and to respond to an agent or customer wanting to buy a property.
